COVID-19 Prevention Policy

As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve each day, our priority is the health and safety of our team, production partners, customers and communities.

At ANARA, taking care of our community and partners is important.  As a small business run by two women, we're currently working out of our home studios and practicing social distancing according to local health authorities. We also work with small businesses locally and in India to produce and retail our products. We're in constant communication with our partners, and have paused production in both countries according to the government pandemic protocols. We have existing stock of throws, blankets and cushions here in Vancouver that can be purchased through our website,  anaradesignco.com.

Rest assured that before working on a new order, we observe proper hand washing protocol and dedicated work areas are cleaned prior to packaging and shipping each order.  After a reset in April, we are open and ready to fulfill your orders.

We encourage you to wash your products when you receive them, preferably in cold water on the gentle/delicate cycle with a gentle soap, and hang your items to dry or dry them on the the low heat setting. 

Delayed shipment policy:

We use DHL for international shipping, Canada Post for Canadian shipping, and contactless local delivery in Vancouver, BC. As situations continue to change around the globe, we will discuss the viability of shipping your order should an issue arise. Please note: shipping may take longer than usual due to high volumes and limited staffing at shipping partners.
